Hi, I’m Jen

I work with experienced professionals who are stepping into larger leadership roles and want space to think clearly about how they lead.

I’ve spent much of my career working with people who care deeply about doing their work well. Most are leaders, sometimes new to leadership, and most often they are many years into it.

I’m interested in how people think, how they make decisions, and how they respond to complexity and pressure. Our work focused on developing clarity, perspective, and greater leadership capacity over time.

We focus on real situations you are facing. For example, conversations with teams, building your team, difficult decisions, small to large transitions, and conflict. The goal is practical: helping you lead in an effective way that aligns with you. And, a way that is sustainable.

My background

My background includes work in leadership development, team performance, behaviour change, change management, and conflict coaching. Over the years I’ve worked with professionals across sectors, including private, public, non-profit, and within this work, a number of unions.

Some of my credentials include

  • ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) - International Coaching Federation

  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner

  • Co-Active Coach - (CTI) Coaching Training International

  • Group and Team Coaching Certification - Royal Roads University

  • Behavioural Change Coach Certification -(ACE) - American Council on Exercise

  • Health Coach Certification - (ACE) American Council on Exercise

  • Bachelors Human Kinetics - University of British Columbia

Outside of work

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, outdoors when possible, or involved in community projects.

Some highlights from my life include representing Canada on the National Women’s Field Hockey Team, graduating as one of the top 10 university athletes in the country, captaining a commercial prawn fishing boat, traveling to more than 43 countries, and trekking to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar (18,519 ft).
